The design needed to visually communicate the exhibition's concept of community gatherings as a means to preserve and reinvent diasporic cultural practices. The materials had to reference the common practice of holding potlucks at home while supporting the unconventional exhibition layout that transformed a gallery space into domestic environments. The challenge was to create cohesive promotional and environmental graphics that would prepare visitors for this unique, home-inspired exhibition experience.

Tenderfruit designed a promotional flyer and exhibition brochure that captured the warmth and communal spirit of home gatherings and potluck traditions. The vinyl text installations were created to enhance the immersive quality of the exhibition space, reinforcing the domestic atmosphere as visitors moved through the "living room," "dining room," and "kitchen" areas. The unified design system successfully communicated the exhibition's themes of diaspora, community, and cultural preservation through the familiar and intimate lens of home hospitality.
